Viimsi local political party “Vali Viimsi” was founded in the summer of 2021. Vali Viimsi brings together residents of Viimsi who care about what happens in their home municipality, and who believe that the culture of governance in Viimsi can be significantly improved. Viimsi can be governed more honestly, transparently, inclusively, and compassionately, with our tax money spent in a more transparent and fair way.

The word “vali” is the imperative form of the verb “valima”, which means to choose. Vali Viimsi can be translated into Choose Viimsi or Vote for Viimsi. A second possible translation of the word “vali” is noisy. During the local elections of 2025 we will make some noice for Viimsi and we hope you vote for Viimsi.

Election day is 19 October 2025

The local government council election week runs from 13 to 19 October 2025.
Advance and electronic voting will take place from 13 to 18 October.
On election day, 19 October, voting will take place only at polling stations.
